Agreement between customer and PT. Harum Indah Sari Tours & Travel shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. In the event that any dispute take place in the relation to execute this Agreement, which include (but not limited to) the existence, application and execution of right and or obligation of between customer and PT. Harum Indah Sari Tours & Travel customer and PT. Harum Indah Sari Tours & Travel shall agree to settle such dispute in an amicable way through mutual deliberation. In the event not being able to settle dispute in an amicable way through deliberation, then it should seek the settlement to the Indonesian Board of Arbitration (BANI) and by using the procedures applicable in BANI through the Denpasar - Bali District Court. The provisions of this Agreement remain in effect and customer and PT. Harum Indah Sari Tours & Travel still finish the respective rights and obligations until the differences of opinion or disputes get the solution, either as a result of deliberation or based on the decision of BANI of which have binding legal force. For the interpretation of the provisions of this Agreement will be applied for Indonesian Civil Code.

Prices are confirmed at the final step of the booking step at the time of the booking. Price can be converted into different currencies using our Website exchange rate and not shows actual amount you will be charged. The amount displayed at the latest on the final booking page in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) is the actual amount you will be charged. Your bank may convert actual amount you paid in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) to your bank account currency and impose additional fees on the transaction, over which we has no control.
You acknowledge and agree that you will be charged by the PT. Harum Indah Sari Tours & Travel with which your booking is made (as applicable) for the total booking price at the time of the booking. You acknowledge and agree that you will be charged in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) as shown at the final step on your booking.
Cancellation fee will applied based on cancellation fee on any booking that you made. We not accept amendment for changes or of any booking that you already made.
We do not charge an amendment fee for changes made by you directly to third party supplier on any bookings. However, the relevant Third Party Supplier may charge a fee in connection with any changes, which will be payable by you (if any).
Your contract with your Suppliers may allow them to cancel or amend bookings. We will endeavor that you are promptly notified of any significant changes once we become aware of such change, but we accept no liability for any changes or costs incurred that may result. Subject to the Supplier’s terms and conditions, you will then have the choice of accepting the change of arrangements, accepting an offer of alternative arrangements if one is made available by the Supplier, or cancelling your booked arrangements and receiving any applicable refunds. We do not guaranty that any refunds will apply.
In case of an obvious error (including any error in data entry, error of calculation or clerical error) resulting in the display of a price which has obviously been displayed by mistake, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, even if it was automatically confirmed by us. You will be informed of this as soon as possible, to allow you to make a booking at the correct price, if you wish to. In any case, you will not be entitled to claim compensation from us on the grounds of the cancellation or the related costs, if any, that have been incurred due to an erroneous booking which has been cancelled.
In some circumstances, and in addition to the billing and payment information you provide, we may require you to produce some proof of your identity. This can be requested at the time of booking, during payment processing or at any other time thereafter. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if you do not provide such proof of identity when requested with no liability whatsoever.
We also reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time for security or fraud-protection purposes. This is generally due to our security-protection and fraud-detection processes reporting a problem with the payment card submitted, e-mail address used for booking etc. In such circumstances we may cancel your booking with no liability whatsoever. An email informing you about the cancelation will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of booking.
If you cancel your booking, you may be entitled to a partial refund. The refundable portion of your purchase price (if any) will be refunded to you once we have received the funds back from the Supplier(s). To the extent we are refunded by the Supplier, we shall pass this refund onto you. We are not responsible for a Supplier’s failure to pay a refund.
If you want to cancel or change your booking, transaction fee and any other fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable. You must covered any fee occurs for refund process.
Refund amount will be calculated in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) based on price that we achieved upon payment of you booking.
